I’m known for taking on a lot — and making it work. People often ask how I do everything I do, or if I ever sleep. The honest answer is: I don’t rely on chaos or hustle. I rely on systems, structure, and clarity — especially when things get busy or complicated. People usually come to me because they want someone who actually knows how to execute. And because they want straight answers.
How I Operate
My work lives at the intersection of real estate, leadership, and systems. I’m an active real estate professional, team leader, coach, and Area Leader with Epique Realty. I work with buyers and sellers, lead a local team, support agents across different markets, and help build and teach leadership and training frameworks used company-wide. Those roles aren’t separate to me. They inform each other.
Being in production keeps me grounded. Coaching and training keep me sharp. Leadership work keeps me focused on the bigger picture — and on building environments where people can do their best work without burning out.
It's not that I'm especially disciplined; it's only that I'm both a dreamer and a rebel. But I don't rebel for the sake of rebellion. I resist so things can move forward — and dreams can take shape.

The Throughline
I’m a Detroit native who’s lived in a lot of cities and states before landing in Grand Rapids in 2013. Moving, rebuilding, and adapting has been a constant in my life — and it’s shaped how I see systems, people, and power.
I’ve always been drawn to stories of resistance, resilience, and building something better from the inside out. Not rebellion for its own sake — but the kind that questions broken systems, removes unnecessary barriers, and creates real pathways forward. I believe systems should exist to support people, not trap them.
That belief shows up in my work. I build systems that make life easier — for clients, agents, and leaders — and I push back against systems that add friction, confusion, or unnecessary control. Sometimes that means designing better processes. Sometimes it means refusing to accept “that’s just how it’s always been done.”
I’m also an animal lover with a very full household (currently seven non-human roommates), a mom to my son Ezekiel, and someone who knows there’s still a lot of work left to do in this world. I care deeply about helping people move forward — not just in business, but in how they live and lead.
That throughline — clarity, courage, and building what actually works — is what connects everything I do.

Why I'm Built for This
My background isn’t linear — and that’s intentional. I studied commercial art, journalism, and curriculum and instruction (secondary education), which means I learned early how to think visually, communicate clearly, and teach systems that actually work for real people. I’ve spent time as a newspaper reporter, a high school teacher, a digital marketer, and yes — even selling cars (which turned out to be my gateway drug into real estate).
Each chapter sharpened a different skill: asking better questions, explaining complex ideas simply, building repeatable processes, and earning trust under real-world pressure.
That mix is why I’m wired the way I am. I don’t just understand systems — I understand how people interact with them. And I don’t teach theory without execution. Everything I build is meant to be used.
