When I made the switch to Epique Realty and decided to get back into production...I knew I didn't want to do it alone. So, I created a team. Threshold Agents is a local, West Michigan, hands-on real estate team built for agents who want structure, support, and momentum.

What It's Like to Be On The Team
The following details apply to the local team in West Michigan, while a different plan is offered to national team members.
Local team members receive:

The structure reflects the level of proximity, infrastructure, and hands-on support provided locally.
Here’s how commission works, locally, at Threshold Agents:
• 50/50 team split for team-sourced transactions
• 25/75 team split on self-generated leads
• 85/15 company split with Epique Realty
• instant reduced annual cap of $10K (from $15K)
• reduced monthly brokerage fee of $99 (from $149)

As a Threshold Agents team member, you’ll have access to:

• Lead sources & leverage: access to team-supported platforms (Fello, FB ads, Qazoo, YouTube, Vulcan7, Realty.com) paired with conversion systems
• Transaction Flow: contract-to-close checklists, shared timelines
• Training & Execution: live presentations, interactive and on-demand
• Marketing Infrastructure: listing marketing support, templates, launch assets

You won’t see a 40-tool tech stack or a promise that every agent uses everything. We focus on the right tools, used the right way, at the right time.

National Path For Those Not Local
Local agents receive hands-on, in-market support. Agents outside my market can choose a national option built for independence, alignment and better economics.
Agents anywhere — in any state or country — can partner with me at Epique Realty, as long as (or as soon as) Epique is open in their local MLS. And because each agent is assigned an area leader, all solo agents & team leaders get lots of support.
Some agents prefer alignment without proximity — and that’s exactly what the national team option is designed for. That's why I created a national team option, designed for agents who meet the following criteria:
• Want to partner with me at Epique Realty and want to join a team, but live and work outside my local market
• Need an immediate lower overhead, i.e. lower monthly fee & company cap
Note: Only agents not yet with Epique Realty and not in my local MLS may join the national version of Threshold Agents.
